Before joining Stock Spirits, Romana held senior leadership roles at multinational companies across developed European markets, where she successfully led complex transformation, innovation, and growth initiatives for major global brands. Her previous positions include Country Head at Coty for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Vice President South Europe at GSK Consumer Healthcare in France, Vice President Central & Eastern Europe at GSK Consumer Healthcare, and Country Manager at Kimberly-Clark Central Europe.
