Robert joined Stock Spirits Group in September 2026 as Managing Director of Stock Polska. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the FMCG sector, spanning sales, marketing, general management and full P&L responsibility across multiple markets.

Before joining the Group, he served as President of the Management Board at FoodWell, a food manufacturer whose brands include, among others Bakalland, Delecta and BeRaw, where he led the company’s strategic transformation and growth. Previously, he spent more than 17 years at Mondelēz International, most recently as Managing Director for Poland and the Baltic States. He also worked at British American Tobacco for over nine years, including in international marketing leadership roles. His experience includes leading change, building teams and driving business growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Statistics from the University of Warsaw.
