Paola Agasso joined Stock Spirits Group in September 2026 as Group Chief Financial Officer.

She brings 30 years of international business and finance leadership experience across the FMCG, pharmaceutical, luxury and beauty sectors.

Paola joined Stock Spirits from Intercos Group, where she served as Group Chief Financial Officer. Previously, she was Group CFO and Board Director of Yoox Net-A-Porter Group, part of Richemont, where she led the financial transformation of the business and delivered major strategic transactions. Before that, she held international executive roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Head of Strategy & Operations for the Major Markets Region, based in Princeton, where she led the integration of Celgene across major international markets. She also served as Finance Director and Acting General Manager for Italy.

Earlier in her career, Paola spent almost a decade with British American Tobacco in senior finance roles across Europe, ultimately as Regional CFO. She began her career at Accenture, advising multinational companies on strategic transformation initiatives across Europe and the United States.

Paola graduated summa cum laude in Economics and Business Administration.
